BTW, you didn't wake me up in the middle of the night. In fact, I was suggesting that the problem you had in your recent email should have been a helpdesk ticket so it would wake me up.

Dave - I try not to wake you up at all if I can help it
My normal email address (the one you used) does not send me a text message alert. Posting to the client helpdesk is currently the best way to wake me up (well, I can think of much better ways but not from you guys) It should be used anytime there is a site down or server issue that I haven't already mentioned on the forums.
